Employee of the Month

At Active Voice we recognize that our employees are our greatest assets. To recognize their efforts, Active Voice selects one individual every month for their outstanding contribution, hard work, customer service and their positive attitude toward job duties and co-workers. We congratulate the following employees.

	Duan Tran Duan was selected as June's Employee of the Month because: Duan is diligent, hard worker, who is willing to take on challenges and new tasks. He steps up quickly to help his co-workers and customers. Duan quickly learns new skills required to perform advanced tasks within short time. He has a great attitude and is always positive. Duan is a great asset to the company and a good team player.
	Joseph Fletcher Joe was selected as May's Employee of the Month because: He is always flexible to the ever changing demands of our industry and always delivers good work. He is loyal, diligent and strives to accomplish. He has a great attitude and is always positive.
	Pedro Marquinez Pedro was selected as April's Employee of the Month because: He consistently gives 200% effort to keep new sales coming. He is always looking for way to improve the "process" so we can work smart and show a profit. Does a great job in staying current with our own and our competition's new technology.
	Rodney Champaco Rodney was selected as March's Employee of the Month because: He provides quick response to any requests made of him to any department that needs his expertise. Rodney stands out because of the level of commitment and team work, as well as devotion to assist other employees. Rodney's impact ranges from all his peers to even those outside of Active Voice.
	Honey Fakhar Honey was selected as February's Employee of the Month because: She always responds to everyone's requests in a timely fashion. She puts in extra time and effort that is above and beyond. She keeps the company's best interest in mind and always unites all of the teams and individual members.
	Kathy Sledzinska Kathy was selected as January's Employee of the Month because: She is diligent, decisive and being fair to each of our employees in her role as the HR Manager. She is loyal and dedicated with every employee’s welfare and safety in mind throughout her daily activities. She is a positive role model: flexible and reacts positively and quickly to changes.
	Jeanette Wilkins Jeanette was selected as December's Employee of the Month because: She continuously looks for better and more cost effective ways to operate our current network and telecom infrastructure. She is consistent, reliable and dedicated. Jeanette keeps our business systems running at 100% and provides great support to other employees.
	Greg Bertsch Greg was selected as November's Employee of the Month because: He fully designed the new home page and integrated our company and product demos into the page. This was not an easy task. He stepped beyond his “Graphic Designer” description in assuring that the new site was fully-functional in time for our company’s SSA launch announcement and several industry analyst briefings in Dallas. He has a positive, can-do attitude and is willing to work around the clock to meet deadlines.
	Wally Wong Wally was selected as October's Employee of the Month because: He kept his cool under very stressful conditions. October was on of the busiest months we had so far. He managed not to “kill” anyone when pulled in so many directions that even some of us had trouble keeping up with the work. He went above and beyond regular duties to make sure everyone received his services in a very professional manner.
	Dave Schuler Dave was selected as September's Employee of the Month because: He was willing to do whatever it took to hit critical project deadlines for technical publications. He delivered high-quality documentation and effectively managed projects under ever-changing circumstances. His positive, can-do attitude and willingness to tackle challenges, makes Dave a great team player and a true pleasure to work with.
	Monica Porter Monica was selected as August's Employee of the Month because: She is the epitome of a team player. She has a clear understanding of her role in helping Active Voice wherever possible. She is a dedicated and resourceful employee - a genuine professional with a great sense of humor. Her leadership was significant in the implementation of a new purchase card program in August.
	Dimka Kotzev Dimka was selected as July’s Employee of the Month because: She is quick at finding errors in orders and goes beyond the call to get the product out correctly for the customer. She is always helpful, reliable and cheerfully steps in when needed. During the Month of July, Dimka was an invaluable asset to Production. Despite her incredible workload, she kept up a positive attitude and took the extra steps to help out as much as she could.
	Chris Konieczny Chris was selected for June’s Employee of the Month because: He worked tirelessly to ensure that the launch of the new Active Voice website was on time. He has exceeded everyone’s expectations with his technical abilities and commitment to the new website. He has delivered improvements well beyond the specifications. He was also able to anticipate problems and solve them quickly with no supervision while working many long hours to meet his project deadline.
	Andre Konieczny Andre was nominated in the month of May because: He has provided excellent customer support to dealers and customers. He represents our company in a very professional matter while traveling on Professional Service jobs. Other employees go to him with questions and help, knowing that he always makes time to help and solve problems. He has recently completed a very complex project were he: - Learn the technology behind the networking solution offered by Avaya Gateway. - Install the software on the Avaya Gateway and configure the licensing. - Setup the LAB environment for testing the solution with Kinesis using different scenarios. - Documented the solution, while working in conjunction with the QA department. - At the end of the testing phase, document the solution, so that Marketing and Sales could present it and make it available as part of our Professional Services implementations.
